How is this allowable? This has been a Southern California landmark for YEARS…and now some developer from Oklahoma buys it for, I believe the amount was $134,000? Come on! Thats like, a TENTH the price of a HOUSE in that area…
nevermind the structural damage removing it will do to the pier itself…
