Best travel destinations from this list?

I am looking to do some sightseeing. I have never done any travel before and i am eager to give it a try. I want to visit museums, zoos, and historical landmarks. My only concern is how i would get from point A to B in the city.
I have narrowed the list down to these three. If you have a better spot in mind please feel free to recommend it.
