What are the top 3 attractions I need to see in Milwaukee?

I’ll be taking a trip to Chicago in a few months and noticed how close Milwaukee was as far as driving distance. I would love to visit Milwaukee since i’ll have a few extra days to explore. So i was wondering, what would be the top 3 attractions, museums, landmarks, etc….that you would recommend for any person visiting the city? I’m a sportsnut so i already have Miller Park down.
