How can I create a map to my business?

I need to make a flier that includes a map (driving directions to my business) but I only need the main roads. All the maps online include info I do not need and I can not find away to only have the roads needed without simply drawing it by hand. I want it to look professional and acurate. I would also like to be able to add “the gas station on the corner” and other landmarks. The main thing is being able to only have the roads and landmarks I want in a clear pritable format. Please Help!
